| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3-6-14 DETAILS: I called the operator & left a message for him. I let him know that the system had a total coliform positive on 3-6-14. He would need to take a follow up triggered source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples for the month of April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary. | ||
