| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL-Source & Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 9-2-15 DETAILS: Contacted the operator to let him know about the repeat total coliform positive samples. I emailed the operator a copy of the public notice template for total coliform. He let me know that the system would be disinfected by company. I let him know that 5 temp routine samples would be needed for October. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor futher sample results. | ||
