| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL-Repeat Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12-23-15 DETAILS: Operator called me about the repeat total coliform positive samples. The operator had the template from a previous mcl. I asked him to send me a copy of the notice. He indicated that they would disinfect the water system. I let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in January. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice & continue to monitor follow up samples. | ||
