| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Notice for high turbidity DETAILS: Lawson Acres uses surface water from Cow Creek and it was experiencing high turbidity on 1/19/2017. The WTP was not able to handle the highly turbid water (measured turbidity at 0.43 NTU), so the system did a public notice for boiling water and notified all the customers with a public notice on 1/20/2017. The system planned on adjusting chlorine levels and cleaning filters more often until the turbidity came down. ACTION NEEDED: Produce water with a turbidity less than 0.3 NTU | ||
