| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey and Treatment Plant Inspection DETAILS: Conducted a field visit to do the water system survey and treatment plant inspection for Glendale on 11/22/2016. The system had 3 significant deficiencies: 1. No means to adequately determine flow rate (no flow meter). 2. No tracer study. 3. No Cross Connection Control Specialist. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective action plan is due by March 10, 2017. | ||
