| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey and treatment plant inspection DETAILS: Conducted a field visit to do the water system survey and treatment plant inspection for Fir Point Bible Conference on 8/24/2016. The system had 5 significant deficiencies: 1. No flap valve or screen on drain. 2. Chlorine not measured and recorded as required. 3. pH, temperature, and chlorine residual not measured at first user. 4. Non-NSF approved chemicals being used. 5. No coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective action plan is due 12/9/2016. | ||
