Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected on 1/25/17. Spoke with Jerry. Reviewed required follow up sampling requirements of three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. Jerry will collect the samples Monday. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. Further action will be based on those results.
