Details:	LCPH contacted facility regarding violation and 4-log maintenance for system. System did not maintain 4 log for 2 days during previous month - due to pump failure. System repaired pump and regained 4 log disinfection in the system. The system will provide a public notice for failure to maintain 4 log disinfection by june 30th. LCPH will follow up regarding following month 4 log report and public notice.
