| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10/11/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let her know that the total coliform sample was positive. She was aware & had follow up samples scheduled with the lab. She felt is could be sampling error. I let her know that a source sample will be needed at each well head & 3 repeats in the dist. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
