| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10/26/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let her know that the repeat coliform samples were positive as was the source sample at Well # 1. She said that she has well # 1 off & would be disinfecting the well. She will also be flushing the distribution system. I let her know to complete a level one investigation & plan to take 3 temp routine samples for the month of Nov. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & obtain level 1 inv. | ||
