Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 10/11/16 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know that a sample will be needed at the well head & 3 repeats in the distribution system. I also let him know 3 temp routines will be needed in Nov. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary.
