| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected on 1/30/17. Spoke with Amy at KUO Lab who collects the samples. Advised her that the UV unit was installed and turned on 1/31/17. Reviewed follow up sampling requirements for three repeats and one triggered/source sample to be collected from the tap upstream of the UV unit. ACTION NEEDED: Repeat and triggered source samples to be collected. Further action will be based on those results. | ||
