| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator. It was discussed that the facility's last source sample and 3 repeat samples from the distribution all came back coliform positive. It was discussed that the operator now must conduct a level 1 investigation and return it to me within 30 days and the system must take 3 temporary routine samples during the month of June 2021. A level 1 investigation form was emailed to the operator. Sampling technique was also discussed. Facility uses a local water lab to take samples. 6/24/21 Today a voicemail and email was sent to the operator to remind them of the Level 1 investigation and 3 temporary routine samples that still need to be submitted. |
