| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for TC+ Routine Sample DETAILS: Gary Black from the City of Philomath called to inform Drinking Water Services that one of their routine samples tested positive for coliform and that the system is collectting their 3 repeat samples as outined in their sampling plan. Mr. Black said that they suspect sample contamination due to heavy rain at the time of collection. He also said that he will call when they get the results for the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Collect three repeat samples, one from the positive sample site, one downstream and one upstream. If the a repeat sample tests positive, the system will need to conduct a level one investigation. | ||
