Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/12/16 DETAILS: I called & left a message for the operator letting him know about the total coliform positive. I let him know to be sure a source sample at the well head & 3 repeats are taken in the distribution system. I also let him know to be sure 3 temp routine samples are taken in Jan. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary.
