Details:	Mr. Hayes confirmed ownership of Circle L Ranch Campground. The well currently in use was drilled back in 2005, as a replacement of the old well on the neighbors property. Plan review for the new well received approval on July 26st, 2005. However, the well number in SDWIS does not correspond to the new well. ACTIONS TAKEN: I sent an email to DMCE with Mr. Hayes current contact information and a copy of the new well log showing the current well Number L69426. Circle L Ranch Campground is currently licensed with Curry Community Health, but the property is for sale and the campground is closed to the general public. I instructed Mr. Hayes to contact me with any updates regarding the status of the camp.
