| Details: | SUMMARY: Turbidity Violation Due to High Water in River DETAILS: Cinimon called to let DWS know that the measured turbidity yesterday was 1.43 NTU, and today it was 2.0 NTU due to the high water in the river. This will result in a treatment technique violation that will require a Tier 2 notice. I advised waiting until after the end of the month to distribute the notice. I emailed the notice template to Dorothy, the city recorder. No boil order is required unless the turbidity increases to 5.0 NTU. ACTION NEEDED: City to continue daily turbidity monitoring, distribute Tier 2 public notice sometime in March. | ||
