Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey and Treatment Plant Inspection DETAILS: Conducted a field visit to do the water system survey and treatment plant inspection for Yoncalla on 12/7/2016. The system had 4 significant deficiencies: 1. Turbidity profiles not conducted on filter at least quarterly. 2. Hatch not locked or adequately secured. 3. Roof and access hatch not watertight. 4. No screened vent. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective action plan is due by April 7, 2017.
