| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up on 2016 water system survey DETAILS: I spoke with Jim the acting water person for the city about the unresolved 2016 survey deficiencies. He said they are still working to get a service agreement signed with their previous operator. I expressed the need to get this done soon since they have not had a certified operator for several months. They will address the cross connection control deficiencies (ASR, backflow device testing, certified specialist) once the snow melts and they can send someone to the class. I asked that they send documentation for corrected deficiencies (coliform sampling plan, operator protocol and operator certification). ACTION NEEDED: Waiting to receive deficiency correction documentation. Follow-up with city about cross connection contol deficiencies. | ||
