| Details: | July 16, 2020 survey noted reservoir hatch lid in disrepair and reservoir needing cleaning. Devan sent me pictures 5/26/2021 showing new shoebox style hatch lid and the interior of the reservoir has been cleaned and sanitized and back in use. These items considered corrected. | ||
