| Details: | SUMMARY: WSS Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: WS has corrected one of the survey deficiencies and is working on correcting the other 4 within the next few weeks. The deadline was 12/23/16. I spoke with Darrel on the phone and sent an email outlining the deficiences that still need to be corrected. The email I sent him included a copy of the 2016 ASR form, SWS Application, and water system written protocol template. ACTION NEEDED: I asked Darrel to notify me when the corrections have been made and to copy me on any email correspondance to DWP DMCE. | ||
