| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead Action Level Exceedance Follow Up DETAILS: I called and spoke with Janet regarding their compliance schedule for lead action level exceedance. They have completed two actions and are overdue on 3 as of 12/31/16 including submitting a treatment recommendation. Janet thought the WS was in compliance because they submitted two rounds of LCR testing during the second half of 2016 and the results were all below the action level. I explained that the second round cannot be collected during the same monitoring periord. She said that they now have a trained water operator and would get a second round done by the end of January 2017. They are hoping to forgo treatment using two 6 month demonstration rounds. I reminded her that they will have to install treatment if the next round exceedes the action level for lead. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on 2nd 6 month round and compliance actions. | ||
