| Details: | Emailed Cody Ott and stated a sanitary survey was completed on 11/06/20. The survey listed 6 significant deficiencies. I have not received any correspondence from the system regarding corrective action. I requested that Mr. Ott provide an update on each deficiency and attached the cover letter listing the 6 deficiencies. | ||
