| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert: Repeat Distribution Samples Show Coliforms DETAILS: Lura sent email and left voice message stating multiple repeat samples showed the presence of coliform and also stated the source sample result was clean. Luras intent is to shock chlorinate the system over the weekend.I emailed Lura the (1) coliform response chart and encouraged her to verify the systems coliform sampling plan was current and (2) the level 1 coliform investigation form and reiterated to complete the investigation and act appropriately (within 30 days) and that 3 temporary routine samples are due in February.
