| Details: | During a restaurant inspection yesterday met with operator who reported that the sample he submitted on 5/25 was positive for coliform. He reported that he had changed the UV bulb a few months ago. He will be submitting 3 distribution repeat and one well sample. This system is schedule for a water survey in July. | ||
