| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow-up DETAILS: The operator had some questions regarding their water system survey. Their 2 deficiencies were "No operation and maintenance manual" and their Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs) were not submitted and certified by the state. I sent him a follow up email with the CCR certification form and requested him to send me his operation and maintenance manual for review. ACTION NEEDED: Review operation and maintenance manual and submit for "resolved deficiency".Resolve CCR deficiency when they are submitted for 2016. | ||
