| Details: | SUMMARY: RP Samples Within Distribution Positive for Total Coliform and E.coli DETAILS: I spoke with the water lab today and verified the results of 5 confirmed repeat samples were positive for E Coli. I called the system and left a voice mail message instructing them a boil water notice would be required to be posted in order to resume normal operations of the water at the facility. I also left instructions to get in touch with me to discuss options for corrective action. Did not hear back from the system on this day. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples. | ||
