| Details: | SUMMARY: TG Well Assessment Sample Positive for E.coli DETAILS: The lab called me today to confirm a TG for e coli at the well was positive. I called the system again and left a message. The system later called back and we were able to connect via phone on this day. I spoke with the system at length and got a better understanding of the situation and what was going on (refer to level 2 investigation form). At this time, the system has agreed to remain closed to the public for the time being until this water situation can more effectively be dealt with. I have informed the State DWP of the systems intent to remain closed to the public for now. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples. System to remain closed to the public for the time being. Additional follow up to develop a corrective plan of action will be required in conjunction with LPHA. | ||
