| Details: | SUMMARY: CO Well Samples Positive for E.coli DETAILS: Have been playing phone tag with the system. However the system is aware of the situation and continues to remain closed to the public for the time being. I did receive a voice mail for the system stating she is currently out of town and will contact me when she gets back to set up an appointment to complete the level 2 investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: System to remain closed to the public for the time being. Additonal follow up to develop a corrective plan of action will be required in conjunction with LPHA. | ||
