Details:	SUMMARY: Requested a Water System Status Update from Jerry Manuel DETAILS: 1-23-17 --- Requested a water system status update from Jerry Manuel. Jerry informed me they shock chlorinated the system on 1-15-17 and collected a "special" sample from the well head on 1-20-17: this sample tested E coli positive. The boil water notice is still in effect. I spoke with Scott Curry and then advised Jerry that the next step is to collect a triggered source sample on the record since the 12-21-16 sample was not representative of the raw source water: it was collected when the well pump was disabled. ACTION NEEDED: A triggered source sample needs to be collected on the record.
