| Details: | SUMMARY: RT Sample Coliform Positive Ongoing DETAILS: A routine sample was collected from space D kitchen sink and still shows coliform present in the system. The system is on a boil water notice from last weeks E.coli detection. I talked with Phil about the shock chlorination they previously performed and it was not adequate to take care of the bacteria that was in the lines from the two water line breaks from December. Phil is going to shock the system again and collect the necessary repeat samples to show the issue has been resolved and to remove the boil water notice. I performed a level 2 investigation on the 19th. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice still in affect, shock chlorinate the system again using longer contact time. Collect follow up RP samples to show system is clear of bacteria. | ||
