| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 1 Coliform Investigation DETAILS: 2 of the repeat coliform samples were positive for total coliform. A level 1 coliform investigation was issued to the system operator. 3 Temporary routines will be required in February.They will take their Triggered sample Friday 1/26 and shock the well afterwards. The system operator said the well was worked on and was not shocked afterwards. This will be noted in their Level 1 investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
