| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Samples and Triggered Source Sample TC+ DETAILS: Three repeat distribution samples and the triggered source sample are all TC+. I spoke to Gary Watts and Dorothy Brinckerhoff regarding the results. I sent them a Level 1 investigation form. We discussed using the form to problem solve the ongoing issue of coliform as this has occurred regularly in the wet winter months. Gary reported a neighbors domestic well that was potentially altered several years ago and is within 100 feet of their active source. I had discussion with Russ Kazmierczak regarding the situation.I advised Dorothy and Gary to complete the Level 1 investigation form and submit it to me. We discussed shock chlorinating the well and distribution system. We discussed increasing the chlorine residual. They had an unconfirmed e-coli source sample in December 2016. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to work with the operators to problem solve the issue. | ||
