| Details: | SUMMARY: Drinking Water Survey Deficiency Correction DETAILS: I spoke with Mrs. Chin Kirkpatrick on the telephone to discuss the significant deficiencies noted during the drinking water survey. The firm corrected the monitoring violation, but has not corrected the Coliform Sampling Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Operations and Maintenance Manual, or setback from hazards violations. She requested that I visit the firm to assist her with the required documents, and to remeasure the hazard setback distances for the well. An appointment has been made in March of 2017 to assist the firm in correcting the violations. ACTION NEEDED: A visit to the firm will be made in March 2017 to assist the firm in preparing required documents and to verify the distance of hazards from the wellhead. | ||
