| Details: | SUMMARY: Drinking Water Survey Deficiency Correction DETAILS: I spoke with Mrs. Kaitlyn Allegretti, a contractor for the water system, on the telephone to discuss the significant deficiencies noted during the drinking water survey. She stated that the firm has not yet filed the setback waiver request or completed preparing the Coliform Sampling Plan, Emergency Response Plan, or the Operations and Maintenance Manual. A copy of the Setback Waiver request form, and templates for the required documents were emailed to the contractor. She stated that she will have the documents completed and submitted within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Revised due date for corrections. | ||
