| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to Maintain 4-Log DETAILS: I talked to system operator Al Kirk regarding the Public Notice for "Failure to Maintain 4-log." For the month of November there were 120 hours below the minimum disinfection requirement for chlorine (2.0 mg/L). They will complete the public notice and send it to Linn County for review. ACTION NEEDED: Send a reviewed copy of the Failure to Maintain 4-log Public Notice to the state. Follow up with operator if the month of January does not meet disinfection requirements. | ||
