| Details: | SUMMARY: Consultation of Shock Chlorination for Pump Replacement DETAILS: After being contacted by Mr. Martin on Feb 1, 2017, I visited the system to oversee pump replacement and to devise and consult on shock clorination of the system. The system will not provide water until coliform sampling has proved negative. Other measures for contamination control of food service are also being employed. ACTION NEEDED: Open system upon negative result for coliform (2/3/2017). | ||
