Details:	SUMMARY: Violation - Letter Sent DETAILS: We sent a letter that says:"Dave Nunn: Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Drinking Water Services program records show that your water system did not meet monitoring and reporting requirements for ‘Nitrate’ during the 2016 calendar year monitoring period (January 1, 2016 – September 30, 2016) as required by OAR: 333-061-0036)(2)(d)(C) . The code says: “Transient non-community and state regulated water systems shall monitor for Nitrate annually…” Additionally, we see that no ‘coliform’ bacteria sample has been recorded online for January 2017 (as of this date). You have until 2/10/17 to submit samples from the previous month (if they were collected). Otherwise, please collect a coliform water test sample as soon as possible. In summary, ‘Windance’ public water system is assigned a regular water quality monitoring schedule... In order to return to compliance: Immediately collect all past-due water test samples... Please contact Hood River County Health Department Environmental Health Office (541-387-6885) if you have any questions. Thank you for your cooperation in advance..." ACTION NEEDED: Collect NO3 and TCR samples ASAP.
