| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample Positive for Total Coliform Taken 1/4/2017 DETAILS: Violation 2514120Talked to and emailed Eric Anderson. Eric failed to take 3 repeat samples and the source sample in January 2017. Because the repeat/well head samples were not taken, a Level 1 Investigation is required. The Level 1 Investigation is due by February 18, 2017. Eric sent the Level 1 Investigation 2/3/2017. 2/3/2017 Eric did take 3 temporary routine samples for coliform bacteria that are due in February 2017. He also took a "late" source sample in February-- it was due in January 2017. ACTION NEEDED: Talked to Stephanie at Analytical. 3 samples are temporary routines and a late source water sample. | ||
