| Details: | SUMMARY: Lifting Boil Notice DETAILS: I spoke with Alberto with regards to the sample that was taken on 1-26-17, which he stated was absent for total and E.coli coliform. He will be faxing me the results for my review. We discussed the proper methods to flush machines/faucets and his ice machine prior to use. ACTION NEEDED: Increase monitoring to monthly for total coliform bacteria/E.coli for at least 12 months beginning this month. | ||
