Details: SUMMARY: Source Sample was E.coli + DETAILS: Brandi called to say the lab results for the annual source sample came back E.coli positive. I instructed her to collect 5 confirmation samples from the source to determine if it is confirmed. A distribution sample collected at the same time came back absent. ACTION NEEDED: 5 confirmation samples from the source.
