Reasons:	Nitrate

Details:	System on quarterly nitrate due to historic elevated results. Samples from both wells 8/7 were 12.4 well #1 and 13.0 well #2. Well #1 has treatment for nitrate reduction, but apparently it is not currently functioning properly. Spoke with new park manager Steve and sent him public notice template for nitrate MCL. Steve said he would contact CO water purification to discuss options for a second treatment unit for well #2 or a larger unit to accommodate both sources. System must continue public notice and renew quarterly until nitrates are reduced reliably and consistently under 10 mg/L. A plan review may be necessary for treatment and I have contacted Carrie G.
