Details: SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: The system has completed their operations manual and coliform sampling plan. The setback requirements is not something that is required to be addressed at this time due to the nitrate and coliform being reliably and consistently absent from the system with the exception of the most recent coliform issue which was due to some pump work at the well head. ACTION NEEDED: None, all deficiencies have been corrected.
