| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Spoke with Ted West form Mckenzie Valley Pump. He stated Ikes is now using NSF approved chlorine, they have a test kit and are taking the chlorine measurements twice a week. Ted also stated the wires around the opening on the well head have been sealed and are water tight. ACTION NEEDED: The system needs to finish the O & M manual and the ERP. Ted asked to move the due date out to 3/2/17. | ||
