Details:	SUMMARY: Enforcement Email Followup from DWP 2/1/2017 Regarding Lead and Copper Exceedance DETAILS: Visited with Jennifer Johnson 2/06/2017 at Eddyville School on impending deadline for water samples for the Enforcment Schedule. Water Quality Parameter logs for both distribution and entry point, simplified enforcement plan and letter from State Drinking Water Program dated Janurary 4th was handed to Jennifer for follow up. Samples will be taken in the next few days. Stressed importance of compliance with the enforcement plan.Call was placed to Jennifer on 2/7/2017 for additional follow through on samples. Sample plan was reviewed for upcoming 2/15/2017 deadlines.Email (see attached) was sent to Jennifer on 2/8/2017 for immediate use to follow up with submitting necessary samples.3 separate samples 2/8/2017:1 lead and copper sample from the entry point (well)1 water quality parameter sample from entry point (well) 1 water quality parameter sample from distribution system Water quality parameters: pH temperature, alkalinity, calcium hardness, conductivityJennifer will send temperature and PH of samples to Environmental Health. ACTION NEEDED: Take samples ASAP.
