| Details: | SUMMARY: NO3 Violation, Violation #902651625 DETAILS: A.L.M.R. received a violation for not providing a NO3 sample in 2016. A.L.M.R. did provide a sample on 12/5/2016 that was sampled by Magic Valley Labs on 12/06/2016. Magic Valley Labs sent the lab results to DWS on 12/08/2016 but forgot to input date/time collected on the form. To correct this error they sent a "revised" copy on 01/30/2017 that included the missing info. ACTION NEEDED: DWS should backdate the received date to 12/08/2016, not the 01/30/2017 revised date and remove the violation. | ||
