| Details: | SUMMARY: NO3 Violation Error, Violation #901774712 DETAILS: City of North Ppwder received a violation for not providing a NO3 sample for EP-B in 2016. North Powder did provide a NO3 sample from EP-B on 11/07/2016 and the results were faxed by Box R Labs to DWS on 11/12/2016 and again on 12/02/2016. SDWIS shows an input error where the sample was collected from EP-A instead of EP-B. ACTION NEEDED: DWS needs to correct the error in SDWIS and remove the violation. | ||
