| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up Call #3 no Return Call DETAILS: Called listed operator and left message on answering phone. Original TC+ was on 11-2-16, 3 repeats and one AS were taken on 11-7-16: all the distribution samples were postitive and the well sample. ACTION NEEDED: Called and left another message for operator to contact NCPHD, level 1 investigation is needed. The system should have collected samples in December. I called OHA Drinking Water to see what the next step should be. | ||
