| Details: | Phone contact was made with the owner/operator on May 26, 2021 in regards to the deficiencies/violations listed as open from the June 3, 2015 Sanitary Survey. Per the owner, his son is assisting with the facility's water system and contact information for the son was provided. Today, phone contact was made with the owner's son. At the firm's request, a copy of the 2015 Sanitary Survey was emailed to them for review and confirmation of the status of the corrections that have been made and/or an accurate projection for if/when they can feasibly be made. A follow-up call with the firm to discuss the 2015 Sanitary Survey deficiencies/violations will be made within 2 weeks. |
