| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Resolution DETAILS: I talked with Bryan Tedson, the owner of this firm, regarding the multiple violations for lack of a yearly source water test for the water system. I also discussed the quarterly coliform water sampling in the firms distribution system. Mr. Tedson assured me the tests would be taken as soon as possible to resolve the multiple violations. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up with firm to ensure water test was taken. | ||
